What is your process for custom orders?
After you've submitted your custom order request form and we've finalized the order, I will require 50% of the total payment down to ensure that I can obtain the best glass for your piece and as a means of protecting my time, skills, and resources. I will send you a photo of the stained glass piece just before I start the soldering process, to ensure that you love the piece before I finish it up!
